Failed to perform autosave error occurs

A failed to perform autosave error occurs in certain scenarios. Autosave does not work because the file is already formed and cannot be saved. The cause is unknown, but the first time it is saved, but after 20 seconds, Autosave says the file are already exist and an error occurs that cannot be saved

Please as stated here https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 0&t=255656 post a savefile of one of the scenario in which you encountered the issue. In this case the ExceptionLog will also prove valuable.
