Drawing rivers in Map Editor

How do you draw rivers along specific hex sides? And related, how do you draw a river along multiple hex sides in the same hex?

1) select the river type;
2) right click on the hex;
3) left click on one hex around ;
so you draw a river on the common side between the two hexes .
