Scenario: Arracourt

BOTTOM WINDOW
'Jump to its map location' does not work correctly.
At least not in the Arracourt scenario with regiments of the 11. Panzer Division.

Its working correctly in selecting the HQ but the map is not moving correctly in all cases (due to proximity). Will make some improvements for next patch.
