Corp Objectives and Command and Control?

There seems to be a lack of command and control in this game. Should Corps/Korps have objectives? Divisions might also be included. If units strays from it's path toward it's high HQ objective then it costs you PP points! This would reflect the actual way units were committed. I read somewhere that Peiper used a road that had been allocated for 12th SS but 12th SS was bogged down in the woods around Kinkel (sp) so Peiper used it. Anyway add it as an option.
