CSVN v1.23 PBEM & LAN New Scenario Rules Button Broken

In the latest CSVN v1.23, on PBEM (and LAN Play) scenario start, in the New Scenario dialog (and Player Dialog), the Rules button is broken. It is WAD, however, in Standard (solitaire) and Hot Seat play.

We regret the error.

Know that the preferred Optional Rules are saved in the Windows Registry. (And most people stick with their preferred rule set.) If you really need to reset your Optional Rules, a kludgey workaround is to start a Standard (or Hot Seat) game, select a scenario, then set the preferred Optional Rules in the New Scenario dialog. Immediately exit the scenario, then launch the new PBEM (or LAN Play) game. The Optional Rules set just preceding should still apply.
