Unit release

Post by carll11 »

If I recall; if you for example Fix a battalion, all you need to do to release the entire unit is choose the battalion HQ and create a release time and probability and the entire units 'releases'/becomes 'unfixed' at that date/time?

Or do I need to add a release for each ind. unit?

Unless you're using a function in Lua, you need to release all groups of units separately, there isn't a way to do that by organization except with Lua.

when you say groups, can I do it by co. or do I have to do each and every platoon separately?

Oh wait, let me double check, getting confused about reinforcements where it is everything in the hex, or one at a time.

Sorry about that!

You can set a release on the higher level unit to have all subordinate units be released at the same time.

There is no limit to the hierarchy that you can set the release to.
