Tournament scenario Counterattack at Villers le Sec

I have tried playing this scenario in hotseat and single player mode as both sides in preparation for the current VnV tournament. In all my attempts to play this scenario I have been unable to exit troops off the map. I have tried exiting British and German troops from the British flagged exit hex with no effect. Any idea what the problem is?

I finally figured this out if you have enough movement points to access the exit hex another command button is available on the left of the command panel to exit your troops off the map.
