Yes it would, at least if you are pre-ordered...

It probably wouldn't be too difficult to copy/paste the text of the Galactopedia into a PDF, which would pretty much cover a manual.

I think the entire manual is unesseary and they should just put a version of the Galactopedia (for the last build) on a Webpage somewhere.

But either way, Erik Rutins said he is working on it.

I think some of you are assuming the manual has been done for months. It's very possible they are still working on it.

I'm guessing as they tweak the game right up to the last minute, they're also tweaking and completing the manual, so that it's still relevant.
