will the harpoon scenario editor run on any version of windows XP?

I think you found us at https://harpgamer.com but yes, the scenario editor in the current official and beta patches of the Harpoon Classic (HUCE) series, the scenario editor will run in both 32-bit and 64-bit variants of Windows. I'll admit I haven't tested in Windows XP for a while as I do the development in Windows 10 and Windows 11 64-bit virtual machines.

If you are having trouble with Windows XP, let me know and I'll see if the game still works here under XP.
