TOAW II won't run

I acquired a CD of this game, installed it, but it was unable to start after it was installed. I checked the box to run the program after install was finished but nothing happened. There were no messages and the only application files are OPART..... I must be missing something

I don’t think TOAW II will run on Windows 10 or 11.
