Some sort of bug while moving between Aden and Abadan

Some sort of bug while moving between Aden and Abadan

My last three games I have had this problem with supply from Aden and Abandon on the map. Ships transporting goods to these two port or coming from these ports get stuck in the brown area of the map, and those ships are lost for the war. Is there a fix for this?
