SPWAW Gernerals Edition - Map Scroll Speed

Post by kaybayray »

Greetings All <S> 8-)

Wondering if there is a way to adjust the Map Scroll Speed when you move the mouse cursor to the edge of the map?
Gets a bit frustrating when you touch the edge of the map and the map scrolls at light speed.

Other than clicking on points on the mini-map to move the map location, is there a way to drag the map or move the view location without ordering the movement of units on the map? Can I "Unselect" units so that when I touch the map with the mouse cursor I am not issuing movement commands?

Apologies, I have been searching through the manual but I have not yet found a solution described.

Thank You for any replies.

I don't have it installed but with SPWW2 you can adjust the scroll speed in misc section by increasing the millisecond speed. 0 = fastest.
