The migration of old PMs across to the new forum should now be completed.

I have been informed that whole series of posts now have the wrong graphical image associated with them. In my particular case images from a different subforum mixed up with my AAR. Seemingly it is not unique to me, either.

Heya Lowpe, loving your work!!!

Did you know that the forum migration has messed some of your images up? Seems that pages 153-173 are affected. I haven't gone back to see if earlier pages have similar issues.
Hey Sammy, thanks.

That is distressing to hear as I don't keep any images, all is uploaded to Matrix site. I will look into it after I finish my current turn.
Yes it is unfortunate. I commented on the issue on my AAR as well. It would seem that attachments from posts done on the previous forum have not migrated well and are all jumbled up....

I went back a few pages in his thread but don't see it mentioned.

There are similar problems in this WITE2 AAR where many of SpeedySteve's images have been replaced by a repeated WITP screenshot

I haven't paid attention to this thread so I'm not sure what's been covered. I've noticed that the WitP-AE forum has been unusually quiet post wise since the change but I don't think that explains what I've been seeing under "Who is online". I've seen "geofflambert and 1 guest", "geofflambert and 1 bot", "geofflambert and 1 bot and 1 guest" and "geofflambert and 2 bots". That includes this thread right now. I was used to seeing 5 to 10 users almost anytime most of whom were users I knew. Now nothing.

It seems that you can see who is online on the bottom of the 'Board Index' page. I suppose that includes all the sub-forums.

Edit: Clicking on 'who is online' seems to do the trick as well.

Many, if not all, of the World in Flames AARs have the problem of wrong pictures showing up.
I thought I knew how to play this game....

Yep, the Japanese camo thread has the same issue near the bottom of page 7 (I'd embed the link, but, well...): https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/view ... 4#p4582174

Four pix associated with 4 Barge-type posts and half are duplicates. I'd note the post numbers, but, of course, those are gone too. Yay "modern forum software".

It's painful to see the much worked on AARs be damaged by this. Not only do I derive much enjoyment from reading back on mine and those of others, but the AARs are also a great way for new players to learn the game. Is this an issue that could potentially be repaired or is that an unlikely prospect?
