Campaign series east front

Hello guys. Long time follower, first time caller. I am curious to know if there is a doc or Table of the experience points required for promotions ? I have been a long time follower of this game but have been out of touch with some of its intricate details. I am currently playing the Romanian campaign from the matrix games version, Vanilla. I have been promoted to major at 4000 points after a " outstanding " but in my opinion sub par performance. I do have my original manuals but there is no reference to this in the indexes. Thanks in advance and good gaming !!!
