Hi, I have not received an anniversary coupon for several years. I received them fine for three years. I receive the mailings with no problem for other things like game announcements etc...

Got to thinking about it and I've had the same email for 5 years and always got my coupon before. Why are they marking it as spam now?

To use your coupon, add items to your shopping cart as normal and on the checkout page enter your coupon. Your coupon will expire 30 days after it is generated so make sure you use it quick!
add to basket and the rest is automaticNow, just by being a member of the community you can get up to 50% off your purchases in the store! All you need to do is create an account on the forum and your discount will start building up

It is possible, very likely, that the change is something your email provider has made. You can probably put the email on a "safe list", and this won't happen any more.

I have not received my Anniversary Coupon
To Matrix,
I have not received my anniversary coupon for July 2022. The latest date that I have ever received it is July 6th. It is now July 8. When will I receive it and when will it show in the My page Anniversary Coupon section?

My user name and or password, which work fine in the forums and to access My Page is rejected by the Anniversary Coupon login. Support ticket opened, acknowledged by bot and otherwise ignored. Presumably the coupon will expire before they get around to fixing this.

I also have not received my anniversary coupon. I normally get 3 or 4 July. In the past 6 years the only year I did not get one was 2018, so should I add 2022 to that list.

I usually get my anniversary coupon the last week of October and once on November 6, nothing so far this year. I've checked my email spam folder and there is nothing noted on the 'My Page'. Is there any way to know one's specific anniversary date?

Same. I've gotten an anniversary coupon on December 2nd or 3rd for the last six years. This year, nothing.

I received my anniversary coupon a few weeks ago, for a 25% discount, and was about to make a purchase today. The discout is set at 21% which was last year's coupon. IIRC I used that already but might be wrong. It isn't a huge discrepancy but want to buy the new Flashpoint Campaign game and every percent counts.

So today, I notice this forum over a month after I had the SAME problem. In Dec. 2022, when I had NOT received my Anniv. coupon, on Dec. 28,2022 I contacted the Help(LESS) desk. My initial query...
"To you,
I have received and used the anniversary coupons since 2015, always in December. None in 2022?
I suppose you don’t issue them any longer, and forgot to notify me."
Help desk response...
"Thank you for contacting the Slitherine Ltd. / Matrix Games. Your request has
been received and a new ticket #2022122810000428 has been generated.
This is an automated response from Slitherine Ltd. / Matrix Games Team"
A day or so later upon checking said help desk..
they responded.... "status = CLOSED". And 'My Page' still today has NO NEW coupon!
So I suppose they don't issue such any longer, and did NOT NOTIFY the many of us who have described the same on this forum.

We will answer in full on the ticket, but the reason why the quoted ticket was closed is because you sent two at the same time. We replied to the 2nd within 24 hours as usual (2022122810000508). Admittedly, we did not see that the emails were different
We also notice that you reopened a long-closed ticket to then reply to an unrelated issue, and we were not notified as the ticket was closed
In the future you only need to contact us once per issue. And where an issue is resolved, you should not be emailing under that email chain
