turn 10 sent to ausria

I have a problem. For the second time in this game the production of units (ship) stopped alone. Instead of my shio which should continue to build 3 more turns, I have nothing left and of course no ship. So each time I have oto restart production from scratch and i lost all resources used.

Did you experienced same things ?

Woo Hoo.......they know the Turkish fleet is coming and just don't want to build any more toy boats....


No idea...I actually haven't built any ships in any PBEM games and haven't had any troop builds cancelled...that I can tell.

haven't seen anything like that. I lose ships that I can't afford to support, so I don't normally build more.

I have not had it happen with ships, yet, only Guards, Art, Cav, Inf, Corps..... but not in this game,

The patch is meant to fix it, so for now you might just have to blame Nelson and his raiders scuppering your new production. I suggest you do not issue any more build orders until after the patch. I think we are all using this game as a feeler for how to play, so I would not worry too much about it.... mind you if it starts happening to me we may just have to have a rethink!

Thanks for your answer Ian! I was not aware of the bug. I will delay production and blame Nelson in the meantime :-)))

My ISP crashed due to violent thunderstorms ... :-( so I was not able to send my turn. I will do it tomorrow morning.

BTW, I notices that the patch has been released. So wat do you think ? should we install it right now ? Should I install the patch first and then play my turn ? Help please :-)

I say we do it now since you are #1 in the new turn instead of doing with someone mid-turn...just in case.

I've installed it here at work and will do so at home tonight so I can play single player with the patch all weekend...I assume we should all just go ahead and do it...

Am I that obvious....... I have actually got an unpatched vanilla COG just in case, but so far so good.

I guess I made the mistake of forgetting to play around with the national policy options seeing as how my 2nd in charge surrendered to France and accepted harsh terms which have destroyed my glory and pissed off my populace. Sorry guys, but I have run into a problem... the city of Florence has vanished!

The province of Tuscany is still there and the garrison, albeit now in the field, but the actual city has gone awol!

Can you all check your last turns to see if it is there please. It was there and working on my previous turn, turn 15.
