Eremenko commanding two fronts

I'm on T3 in a server game of Operation Typhoon. Kalinin Front just appeared as a reinforcement and it's commanded by A. Eremenko. Bryansk Front has the same commander since T1.

I would expect the new HQ would then be prioritied over the existing one so this seems to be a bug.
Leader is wrong anyway as it should be Konev. But as he's already commanding Western Front a change would lead to the same problem.
