Yesterday, I got up to testing automation of support level.

I have seen the semantics of zero debated:

Zero: Allows SUs (non-construction and non-eng) to move up and down, but not halt at that level.

Zero: Allows SUs (non-construction and non-eng) to move up ONLY and NOT down, but not halt at that level.

One: Allows SUs bi-directional movement with some parking on that level. (As one allows flow down.)

But it seems to prove out empirically. I was using the first 3-5 turns as the Germans in the grand campaign to test. (doing my main parking at the Corps HQ)

PS: I know more sensible allocation could be done by hand, but it is too much effort.
