London, in the war office, Churchill is reading once again the last report. Since September 3rd, 1939, England is at war with Germany. After a quick invasion of Poland, he was worried that Hitler will move all his armies toward west.

However, Churchill is concerned. Churchill is concerned about Soviet Union. With an experience of 30%, the Red Army is in bad shape.

The bad news is that Churchill is not counting on "the inert philosopher" to do any kind of offensive.

An historical note here. The inert philosopher was the nickname of General Gamelin by its own headquarter.
I think it tells everything.

As such, the Western front is more than quiet.

Just a quick note from me - there is no master Axis plan here, I just decided on a whim to try it.

It seems the Baltic states join the Soviets in May, so no need to invade them before April.
And as future events will show, a lack of infantry and allied infantry will put severe limitations on the Germans.

I think this is a good idea. With USSR at low experience, it might work. Let's see!

Incredible news today! Germany has started the invasion of Soviet Union. Stalin is shocked. He thought he had more time.

In the North, several battles took place. With low based experience for the Soviets, the advantage is clearly on the Axis side.

In the South, with only one Panzer corps, Stalin is more confident to be able to hold the Germans.

On the Allies side, French has decided to send lend lease to USSR. Unfortunately, this is not possible...
Only UK can help but with U-boats, the help will be limited.
