Just looking for suggestions not lectures. PDU OFF

Which ones should you skip/replace and not waste resources on producing or researching?

Yes I know the Nate, Ida. Talking about more obscure ones.

Paul, KI-92, Jets, Rockets, Gyrocopter, Ohka, Kikka, Denko, Tabby, etc...

Lotsa threads including AARs discussing your request, many have everything you're seeking and then some. Great reading and you never know what other tips you'll stumble across.

best of luck!

One thing that might make a difference is to take a look at which aircraft use which engines. The early war engines usually are not used as much in the later years.

Aircraft which use a special engine need to be looked at to see their usefullness in the grand scheme of things.

PDU on is a completely different game than PDU off.

Also, are you resizing IJN air units when possible? If so, that also changes things.

Different scenarios and mods are different, some change the information drastically. So a one type of research model for one scenario using certain parameters may not be usable in other scenarios/mods.

Playing style of both the Japanese and the Allies will also change things as well.

There's a difference with PDU=off and PDU=on as well. With PDU=on you can skip some builds that you can't with PDU=off. The reason is that you need to build models with PDU=off or some units won't be able to upgrade.

With PDU off, you know what your maximum TOE build-out will be so you just need to plan for that.
