RIP indeed [:(]

What a sad day. If anyone needs a definition of the word duty then they simply need to refer to HM Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh. [&o][&o]

Sad day for the country and for many countries of the Commonwealth for whom the Queen is head of state.

An even sadder day for the Queen and her family.

True. They both set a great example in many ways, from WW2 to the present. Condolences and RIP.

The British Royal Family exemplifies the idea of duty, honour, and respect for tradition. The idea of manners, and the maintenance of respectable standards, also come to mind.

Yes there have been stumbles and scandals along the way, but that simply makes them human.

Rest In Peace Prince Philip.

Rest in peace, Prince Philip.

NBC ran an article with many photos about Prince Philip's life. It can be viewed here.

Greetings zakblood,
Sad to lose such a fine example of a man honor and duty bound to serve and set a fine example. May he rest in peace.

I guess you don't understand much about the RIP thread unwritten rules. You just broke most of them. That will make you a very unpopular fellow on these forums. (at least to me anyway) I don't like little minded fools who make statements such as yours.

I wouldn't waste and time on this Grognerd. Someone of that mindset isn't going to understand such subtleties. I've reported to Erik.

i saw the post earlier and didn't waste time with a response, just report it, RIP means respect the person who had died, respect is for everyone, no matter who or what they have or haven't done in there life, and personal opinions on any matter regarding the dead, can be thought of by all means, but not written, consider this friendly advice and i'm sure admin won't be so nice on the subject,...
