Wow, it's already the 2nd week of March, and we have already seen 2 months of 2021 pass by. Time flies regardless eh.
I made progress with the train layout. Moved many bookcases from around the home into the storage room. I didn't think I'd ever start. Just need to boot a bit of remaining clutter so I can consider the specifics of how big an oval I can manage in there. In a freak unexpected bit of supreme luck, a local model railroader offloaded a few train sets on me for a very nice price. Yes, one engine needs some cosmetic attention, and some cars could do with some touch-up. The main attraction set though is unused and has a Canadian National 6060 which is worth as much as what I paid for the entire lot. Lots of track and 3 controllers.
Planning to run a role game with the bears and bunnies. I think I might create player characters today.
Yes, she said she's going to role game with her toys. No, I can find humans to play with. But no one is ever available consistently. And I don't need to worry about their dice rolls being fudged :)
I'm thinking of focusing on spending time on my wargames, FINALLY. It's only been, OMG, has it been that long since I played a wargame with the intent to actually play past the 3rd turn?
The year is passing by. What are you hoping to get off yer butt and do this year?
I'm hoping to play some Squad Leader (board game) solo if I must. Possibly some Panzer Leader (board game).
not sure about digital. I'm thinking of trying to get back into Mega Campaigns (Steel Panthers), or maybe something of my big games. Too many to just pick one out of the pile right now.

Play with Barbies 05% of the time.
Play with Legos 10% of the time.
Build models 20% of the time
Shopping 60% of the time.
Exlains why I buy em more than I play em.
