Legend here, looking for a game. Got room for 1.

ELO, usual rule b-llsh-t. Blah-blah.

Any Europeans out there? Big name players? Grandsons of Rommel or Jodl?

It's now Friday night in Europe and Eastward. Any of you dudes online? I had cutback and finished some games. Thanks to the entire USA being a frozen tundra. I'm ready, willing & able to game.

Wanna play a hardcore Bunta German player, talking your Grandpa rolled with the Panzers in June 1941. You out there?
How about a snazzy jazzy Spanish Champion? Italian? Put your leather jacket and fancy Euro shoes, I'll play!

I'm drinking beer, and few in the bag, so any British/Scando dudes online?

Got my Elvis on, ready to game. Too much snow/ice else I'd be heading to the Mask Poker games.

I am ready to accept your challenge. I think I'll make a decent match. I will play for the allies. I'm from Russia.

Game started
I'm glad to hear it :)) I didn't even count on this meeting because of your constant employment in matches with local old-timers players
P. S. Sean Connery in my opinion is the best James Bond of all time :))

Absolutely Sean Connery the best James Bond. Daniel Craig #2. The rest, ship them back to England, to Q!

Here in the USA, the latest installment, "No Time to Die" was going to be released last March. Well, thanks to C19, been put on hold. Yes, I'm a new old-timer, I have to watch my *key movies at a theater (aka cinema).

Since there's a shortage of movies, we Yanks been able to pick up many WW2 movies made by Russians/Germans. Just got done watch "The Dawns Here Are Quiet". Not the original, a new version.

I am pleased with your interest in the classics of cinema and other features of the cultures of other countries, it is a pity that the modern majority of people absorb only the products of Marvel and the like. By the way, in this game I have already met such versatile personalities, which is very good :))

Marvel comic movies, lol, not for me. Did see the Hulk.

Theaters have had limited openings, and zero new movies.

Looking forward to 007 No Time to Die, will probably take no-mask law to be released.
Also will see Top Gun II, who knows what country Tom Cruise Maverick will battle this time.

After all, Daniel Craig is more of an American type, he lacks English sophistication. Well Tom Cruise is always young ha ha ha :))

Brother IIo4Tu,

It's all about Elvis Presley, the best thing ever to come from the United States. Who wants war and violence.
His music he left will last in this mortal world and is in eternity now.

Is the Russian War Series, "Life and Fate" any good? Reading the subtitles can be slight pain.

This series is quite a good representative of modern Russian cinema. The only thing is that it is criticized by those who read the original book source due to the fact that the narrative is not clearly transferred to the screen. However, if you are not familiar with the book, the series is perceived perfectly.

Failed SeaLion cost me key units. 2 Paratroops, 1 Tank, 1 Army, 1 Corp and Italian Tank. Also, I spend another 150 MMPs loaded more units that had to go back to Germany. Plus Luftwaffe costs. Had no choice but to take Egypt, that's so expensive too. Couldn't give Brits an easy target of Italy since Germany weak.

Russians had me outnumbered in late 1942. You made smart move by attacking first in Spring 1942, since you got the weather cleared, first. That turned the momentum and made Panzers back off. Japs did fine, but really didn't matter.

I'm leaving for the casino to bet sports. Setup a game, I'll play either side. Just send password.

Episode 1 of "Life and Fate" was good. Bunch of Russians hunkering in Stalingrad 1942.

It's wonderful :))
And you are not familiar with the work of director Yuri Ozerov, in particular the epic Battle for Moscow, Liberation and Stalingrad?
P.S. created a new party
