What file / where is it ... is unit data contained by year ?

C:\Users\"your login"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\UserSavedData

advancementData.txt = tech
kindDefaultData.txt = base values but will apply to ALL countries if imported. You need to set each country different if you want different results after the import
