Fixed some A.I. land unit move updates
Added choice to have A.I. keep historical or random plan in main menu
Fixed disembark not costing landing craft bug
Fixed disembark not setting half movement bug
Fixed blizzard locked port at 148,75
Change casualty to kill level by 7% (means less kills more effectiveness loss)
Fixed unit repair rounding error
Change lowered heavy armor tech advancement progress in tanks and defense
Fixed A.I. transport loop bug
Added +60 manpower per Waffen manpower game event
Fixed naval unit on land/sea/rail hex there is no convoy here raid bug
Fixed A.I. fleets changing ports to raider mode so they don't kill themselves intercepting
Change weather zone in Cairo area Mediterranean -> Semi-Arid
Added Germany 1942 armaments production program increasing Axis production starting early 1942 by 3% for 8 turns over 2 years

This is a continuing change to better balance the late game.

Status: offline 		Had to reupdate the scenarios because I realize the Axis armaments increase was only in the 1939 base scenario.

Status: online 		Yes, the scenario data is shared by both.

Does lead to a thought - a way to specify in an "options file" where the scenarios can be found. Would allow one to keep both the original game (as is currently) but have beta scenarios elsewhere.

EDIT: Just hit me that another way to solve this is the have the beta scenarios prefixed with BETA. That way no folder change. Beta is just BETA 1939.

The easiest way actually is if I rename them with a B prefix for example. That would solve it

I don't understand what you are saying. I have copy/paste the beta scenarios in C:\Users\"your user name"\Documents\My Games\WarPlan\Campaigns as usual and I don't see a change compared to the last official patch.

Status: online 		He means this change has effected both the beta and official on your computer because they share the same scenario files which are not beta. This specific change is a scenario change, not an EXE change.

If you uninstall everything and reload the official patch only, the numbers would be different.

Going forward, he will prefix the beta scenarios with a "B" so you will still have both the official release scenario and the beta scenario.

Status: offline 		I copy/paste the beta scenarios into the same campaign folder and it asks if I want to overwrite the existing files and I say yes. I'm not sure how that could give me anything except the beta scenario files. What would be the reason to uninstall everything?

Status: offline 		At the moment it has to be handled manually by the player but like I said FUTURE betas will have a prefix label on the scenario of BETA_

There will be no folders either. Makes it easy for me as well.

Status: offline 		Just started a 39 scenario as axis vs AI and checked and my Heavy Armor advancement and it is the same as NCC shows and this is after I copied/pasted in the beta scenarios (the 1945 advance is 1,1,2,4,0,0,0,0,0,0,2,3,0,0 not the 1,1,2,5,0,0,0,0,0,0,2,4,0,0 that is shown in Alvaro's post). I'm very confused now. Are you saying I have to first delete the complete Campaign Folder and THEN copy/paste the complete Beta Campaign Folder from the download on the beta post?
I already created a beta 10u3 PBEM challenge and my opponent accepted. Does this mean it will not have the new beta heavy armor advancement path (and therefore need to be started again after the campaign folder is deleted then pasted in new)?

Status: offline 		I am a 62 yr old non-tech savvy idiot. I started from scratch with a fresh download and now I realize that 1.091 has the higher heavy armor advancements and the BETA 10u3 has the lowered numbers (the 1945 1,1,2,4, etc not 5).

All good, you have installed the Beta engine and the Beta scenario for 10U3. So you have the correct new values for Heavy Armor. You may continue your games without reinstalling anything.

You need to insure you have the Beta 10U3 engine and the Beta 10U3 scenario. That's all.

Please make sure you have installed:

1. The game engine
