DropBox is easy to use. You just go to the link (it is https:/www.dropbox.com link).

Within the zipped file are: (1) the new version of MWIF.exe, and (2) the Release Notes for that version.

Note that to use this Hot Patch you have to have installed the Public Beta 04.02.00.00.

All Modes of Play

Optional Rules
1. Fixed a problem with City Based Volunteers being placed in the Future Force Pool instead of the Force Pool at the start of a game where the CBV‘s city is controlled by its owning major power. For example, the SS unit for Vienna is now in the German Force Pool and available to be built (for free) in the first production phase of the Global War scenario.

Scenarios
2. Fixed a problem with starting a new game for scenarios that begin after Vichy France has been formed.

Land Operations
3. Fixed a problem with stacking NEI territorial units with Netherlands units.

Will the CBV change affect my game...I have not yet reached the end of turn for sept/oct 1939. Will the affected units show up as expected? Or will I have to start a new game?

It is an option. Don't select it....

Hopefully, it is one of the options that can be unselected after the game has started. :)

Are there any known issues with versions 4.2.0, 4.2.1.1, 4.2.1.2 ?
Would you recommend to upgrade from 3.2.0 to 4.2.1.2, or would you rather not do it again?
