There's no shortage of content on YT, but this guy is incredible.

This is the blacksmithing of a wood chisel.

Well, my daughter sent me this video about how to build a bedroom for Frozen's Queen Elsa. I wondered how it could possibly interest me until I watched it. It is amazing - exp. how they build something starting with something else that couldn't be more out-there.

I'm totally a nobody in this kind of activity (which means that when the original Frozen mania hit my household I had to buy dolls, dioramas and princess dresses with hard cash...) A friend of mine is very good at creating things like fantasy dioramas (he spent the lockdown creating a "The Knight's Tomb" diorama which is amazing to behold. You discover new things everytime you look at it. To me it is black magic.

Very cute.

I should mention, that inside some old gals, is a little girl who loves Barbies. I have an Elsa Barbie in my collection.
I also have a Barbie that is having a genuine recreation to scale of an electric guitar to hold in replacement of the single piece of plastic Barbie Guitar. Not sure yet what brand I'll make.

Barbies are great starting points for a lot of fun crafting.

The only saving grace for social media is watching well-made vids of artisans showing off their skills. It's amazing (moreso to those of us who splinter wood just by looking at it...).

Cheers

Pip
