Dec 7th surprise - ON
Reliable USN torpedoes - OFF
Realistic R&D - ON
Combat reports - ON
Auto sub ops - OFF
Auto upgrade ships and air groups - OFF
Accept air and ground replacements - OFF
PDU - ON
Historical first turn - whatever you choose

HR
Paying PPs for crossing national borders
Meeting garrison requirements
No 4E naval bombing below 10k

If historical first turn off then
No CV hunting on T1
No unrealistic invasions
Allies can move only already created TFs, can't create new ones
Only one CV port strike on T1
