Hi Guys,
At the start of the game when some of the commonwealth countries declare war and often most don't. It should be all the commonwealth Countries : Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa and India declare war immediately. This is what happened in reality. All of the above countries had declared war within 7 days of the war starting. Most declared straight away. In my game I am playing at the moment as the Allies, New Zealand didnt declare war until the end of turn Feb 1940. This is 5 months later than reality. To be more historically correct i feel all the above countries should declare war immediately the first turn.

Yeah, true. It's rather minor, give or take a turn. India is the only interesting one. You want the extra Army early? Then don't DOW.
