Previously, at the end of turn, player could/would see this:
1) Tech Advance when achieving the next level
2) Tech Advance when it "jumps big"
3) Damage to ports/cities when your naval unit is inside the "Red Zone" of the opponent.
Not a big deal, probably deliberate as to speed up end of turn pop-up menus.
