I'm thinking of building Escort Fighters for the Germans. My thinking is that I could cover a lot more area than with all interceptors therefore I wouldn't have to build as many fighters. That would free up resources for other builds.
Thanks for any opinions about this idea.

The problem with Escort fighters for the Germans is you have to devote tech points to both Interceptors (since you start with them) and Escort fighters (since you want them)

I'd rather be focused on as few techs as possible to max them out as quickly as possible.
