Here is part of the TOC for WWII briefings-the Pacific. Note, in the below, the column "Folder" -- that is the "scenario folder" in which they are found (at least on my machine--your mileage may vary). I'm going to start listing them all into this grid, then post the briefings as I can get to them. Can't wait to do that one by Norm Koger, I have never noticed that scenario before this. I did not know he was credited with that scene. Anyway, here we go with WWII! Enjoy!

PS: if you notice that I miss a Pacific scene, please let me know so that I can be sure to add it to the list. I'll do East Front / West Front scenes in another post. Thanks!

PPS: someday, I will put all of scenes into a comprehensive excell file like this and post it
in mean time I post portions as I do them (sorry, still hard to type--a bum Ulnar nerve in one hand LoL

One thing I notice about these Pacific Theater scenarios is that very few carry the label of having been created specifically for TOAW4. (Yes I know Fall Grun etc. are not Pacific, will move those)

Some are labeled as developed in TOAW3 (or earlier(?) I am not familiar with the nuances of naval warfare as modeled in TOAW4 (as opposed to earlier versions), so I cannot speak for the playability of the earlier done scenarios, except for the older Guadalcanal scene (which definitely needs revision).

Some scenes state just "version 1"...of which TOAW, I'm not sure; judging by dates, they may have been for an early TOAW4.

So, I will focus briefings here to those scenes which indicate specific design in TOAW4, or to scenes which are well known as having playability (or not) even if they were “ported” into TOAW4 w/o change.

Updating the older scenes would be a project for future, to make sure they work properly in TOAW4.

PS I see now some confusion in my grid b/w Harvey's Operation MI and Bob's Midway....will correct that when I figure out my error with those.

Fun little 2 or 3 mover at most, good beer & pretzels for a hot afternoon against PO. Easy to play in an hour or so.

Another quickie scene, two-mover around Guadalcanal. WiTP it ain't; TOAW better for land warfare.
