Like a HQ is sitting all alone and you run over it...(yeeehaaa)

HQ decamps 20 hexes or so
Attached divisions cannot be allocated Support Units
Reserve activiation cannot be triggered?
You capture 1 or 2 tons of supplies

No impact at all on the HQ and attached support units for your opponents turn, with minimal or no increase in fatigue or loss of TOE. HQ can be driven straight back to the front as it has 50 mps.

Any other impacts?

In the 'olden' days the HQ had no movement points and supply was disrupted to attached units.
