I have FGRS 2.0.14 version. If I purchase now the Germany Reforged module which version the game engine would be?

Germany Reforged will run with version 2.0.14. That should be the version you want.

After installing Germany Regforged the game engine downgraded to 2.0.10. Then I ran the v2.0.14 upgrade, but then the game crashed after a few turns, so I had to reinstall the GR patch. Without the GR patch the 2.0.14 version runs normally, but apparenty GR and v2.0.14 are incompatible.

Panta, Steam or Matrix version? If Matrix, you may want to shoot an email to Matrix Support and explain the problem. 14 should work with GR. I'll ask our Matrix producer about the problem in tonight's Dev call.

Matrix. After reading the list of improvements of 2.0.14 over 2.0.10 I decided that 2.0.10 would do for me anyway, so I just wanted you to know. I haven't read anything related to that particular issue in the forums, though there isn't much movement related to FGR these days, I am afraid.
