So take the supplements, eat those few foods that have the Vitamin D, consume the fortified dairy products, and improve your mood while protecting yourself from this new corona virus. Yes, Vitamin D deficiency can affect your mood. It is a big factor in the Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) which causes a lot of problems in February.
