Hello !

I made a fresh install on my new laptop (DELL XPS 13-7390) with Steam. I have the little Matrix classic startup screen, but when I click on "Play Game" or "Change Settings", this window is closing, then nothing happen and the windows reappear.

Any clue for help ?

It's with Steam, so I can't say.

I tried to start manually the game exe with "run as admin", no luck.

load steam and the game as admin, if that doesn't work, load the logs and reports here so tech support can advice

5. Name the file "MSInfo" and click Save.

Hello !

Thanks for the link. I do not have nVidia GPU, only the integrated Intel one.

No luck with launching with admin rights.

Read some other thread with similar issue, looks like the game don't li'e integrated graphics cards. I do not have other GPU inside, so update of nVidia drivers is not relevent, and my Intel graphics drivers (UHD 600 series) is up to date.

Also, no error log file in game root folder. Other games works fine.

as your drivers are upto date and like you say you have no other GPU to change to, and all the error's point to a app hanging with temp error, it looks like a permissions issue, but as you say you installed and run as admin, then that counts that out, so it looks as if the intel GPU isn't supported

you can manually alter windows 10 to make it more game friendly and see if any of that helps with the game?

won't hurt anything else tbh,

i alter windows 10 for maximum backwards compatibility to work plainly with older games

I run the game nicely on another laptop and on my desktop, I'll keep like it :)

My Dell XPS 13 is mainly for my job, don't want to mess it too much.

I really think the problem is with the Integrated Graphics. Maybe something the devs may fix in the futur (hard to troubleshoot I think, as there is no error message).
