I have been taking advantage of the current sale. I have purchased four games so far - each as a separate order directly from Matrix and all downloads. I just attempted to purchase a fifth game but was blocked. The system would not process my payment information. I got a message stating that and that I should contact Blue Snap. I know there is nothing wrong with my credit card, but I tried a different card and got the same message. I attempted to leave Blue Snap a message, but it would not allow me to because it wanted an order number, and I did not have one since my order was not processed. Is there a limit to the number of games I can purchase from this sale or the number of orders I can make? If not, does anyone have any idea why I am being blocked and has anyone else ran into this problem?

Never had that problem. I'd open a support ticket with Matrix and have them deal with blue snap. Out of curiosity what games did you get.

I am having the same problem as Bad Bob.

I bought a Matrix game in October or November. Since then BlueSnap has not allowed any of my intended purchases.

Like Bad Bob I tried a different card and that did not work. BlueSnap did not allow that either.

I sent in a support ticket to Matrix. The response was that Matrix had contacted BlueSnap about my problem and it was fixed and to try again to purchase a game.

It wasn't fixed. So I sent in another support ticket on Friday. This was before I noticed Bad Bob is having the same problem. I also managed to send BlueSnap an email without an order number. BlueSnap never responded.

I have no idea why I have this problem.

On Thursday, December 19th, I bought "GG's: War in the East" ($24.00) and "GG's: War in the West" ($24.00) on one credit card. On Friday, December 20th, I bought "Carrier Strike" ($9.60) and "Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich" ($9.50) on a different card. I then tried to buy "Rise of Prussia" ($4.80) on this second card. When that failed, I tried to use a third card, but it failed also. I keep all my credit cards either at a zero balance or a very low balance.

I should have pointed out in my first post that I ran into this same problem with the last year end sale. I think that time I was able to buy either five or six games before I was blocked. By the time of the Easter coupon sale I was able to buy a game again. And then with this sale I was able to buy four games before being blocked.

I had also opened a ticket with Matrix Games support before posting here. I have just checked my emails and have received a response saying they were contacting Blue Snap and would get back to me when they heard from them.

I’ve had this happen once, switched to PayPal - charging the same card indirectly.
