Best bet for a learning scenario is start with the Coral Sea scenario and then the Guadalcanal scenario. There aren't any Tutorial scenarios other wise....GP

But there are YouTube videos by Admiral Dadman and others showing what they did. Not step by step tutorials but showing how they gave their orders each turn.
There is a setup spreadsheet by Kull for both Japanese and Allied side which can be used as a start point for figuring out what to do in each location on the initial turns. You can make other choices if you don't like what the spreadsheet suggests.
There are Beginner AARs for the Grand Campaign.

But to learn the interface and get a gradual feel for the game, play the small scenarios as btd64 suggests.
