I have some questions for expert ones.

1) How does the Empire military strength is calculated ?
The value showed in the Diplomacy Screen and in the Empire Comparison seem different from the sum of values of armed ships, bases, etc.

2) How does the Empire Score is calculated ?
Does it count battle results, military strength, Wonders, Achievements, Empire Treasury, etc. ?

3) What are the possible 'achievements' and what are the steps to gain the bronze, silver & gold medals ?

Don't know answer to your questions #1, #2.

#3, part 2, medals: Medals are awarded based on achieving whatever victory conditions you set when setting up your current game. Look at the percentage targets, happiness, percent of galaxy economy / population, yada.
Do as you would be done by.
