It's true, the OP just wanted a reason to not pay full price for the wargames here.

As for the rest of the silly nonsense. Well I'm proud to be a Canadian.
We didn't sit around while Europe was on fire and debate the matter.
We didn't need to reason with the Third Reich's hate. And we didn't agonize over their 'right' to be the way they were.
And it really sickens me to listen to the crap that passes for justifications to do nothing.
And I sure wouldn't want to be the one explaining all this bullshit to all of the war dead who died fighting to rid the world of the Nazis.

Calling ME a hate monger, that's rich.
It was entirely ok to kill them in the 40s, nothing's changed.
When their kind drag the US down the drain, don't say you weren't warned.

This is the fascist left today: Label anyone you don't like as a "Nazi" and you grant yourself licence to do anything you want to them.

MrsWargamer just think about what you are saying. You're smarter than this.

You are advocating (post 12) that neo-Nazi scum should be shot on sight. Are you really suggesting that should be enshrined in law?

So what is a neo-Nazi? What would allow a law enforcement officer - or even a member of the public in some countries - to simply shoot another member of the public out of hand?

Shooter: "Well the guy had a tattoo and it kind of looked like it could be a swastika and so I shot him"......
Police: "Don't worry son, you weren't to know it was just a badly drawn cross - we'll just put it down as an accident, after all, you can't be too careful with these neo-Nazis......."

I mean seriously what are you advocating here?

And what about countries with 'right' leaning governments? Is it acceptable for them to adopt a 'shoot on sight' policy for Communists... I am sure there would be historic 'justification' somewhere if one cares to look.

And there are plenty more classifications of political or religious groups I could name that a particular government may choose to take exception to.

Where would all this end?

Hello All,

Sorry, but yet again we are locking a post due to politics and indeed this is the 2nd time in 2 days, and again veteran forum members are instigating this. Please note that, again, we do not tolerate discussions of politics on the forums. Please can you avoid derailing posts to discuss this. There are many other places online to discuss these: we sell video games and find politics divides the community, hence why we do not allow discussions of this nature. Please can you avoid doing so in the future.

MrsWargamer, you have been a respected forum member for a long time, but this also means you should know the rules. Consider this a warning before we have to take action against your account.

As for the original subject, while we do have a number of promotions throughout the year, e.g. the D-Day sale we do annually, I cannot discuss when sales are due or what will be contained within these, these are announced on the forums and news feed when they are setup. However we do not mark every anniversary of major battles or events with sales, so note that we may not have a sale due for all such purposes.
