For scenario designers, is there the ability to schedule reinforcements, and/or the disbanding or withdraw of units?

Land units can be disbanded for production and manpower
A player can turn on/off reinforcements and upgrade or prioritize them of units so they get them first.
There are some reinforcement schedules in the game. For example the Russians get the Moscow Command HQ with Zhukov in December 1941. There is a delay in built units.
Withdrawing of units is up to the player if they want to move them somewhere else.

We may be talking past each other.

If I create a scenario, say just the Eastern Front - historical reinforcements, and withdraws, outside the control of the player, will happen.

Is this possible with the current game engine?

Reinforcements yes, withdrawls no. But I can put that on my list of features for future releases.

Without the ability to schedule reinforcements and withdraws at specific times, it will be extremely difficult to design a longer scenario.
