I was playing a game of "Climax at Nijmegen" and I noticed the AI set up several AA guns (an 88mm and three 20mm) in stone building hexes: this made them useless, as they cannot fire from such hexes.

I think the AI should not be allowed to place Ordnance in building hexes (other than 75mm and smaller AT guns, if this exception can be implemented), just like it does not place AFVs in such hexes.

Besides that, the AI also set up two pieces of Ordnance per hex (and this should also not be allowed).
