This is what I get to Germany. Do you have also 5 factories idle or what is wrong? Oil is saved.

Problem fixed. 4 oils went to production, but for some reason one of the, did not add production points. I manually recomputed each oil and now all is good.

Program shows everything wrong, specially number of oil resources to each major power. Please check is this correct.

US
Sends 2 BPs to FF and 2 BPs to CW
43 factories
Production multiple 1,25
Produces all other non-oil resources except France and Philippines = 26
24 oil resources (to production 17, save 7)
54 BPs - 2 to FF - 2 to CW + 2 saved last turn= 52 BPs

If there is an fixed issue reoccurring in the Final Production Step, then I suggest you try to load the game to the breakdown step. Advance to the Soviet breakdown. Open production planning in this step. Make sure that everything is as it should be, and then advance to the final production.

Or, in other words, making the changes as close to the Final Production Step as possible. This has solved changing orders for me before.

Stay at sea and RTB

Some CW/US/FF escorts stay at sea.
Almost all surface ships (plus one TRS) and all planes in West Med box 3 stay at sea.

This should allow the production I have calculated. Please give some mercy if one extra CP has been returned as program is a total mess after sending 28 US res to UK and I need to calculate convoy lines with paper and pencil .

USA didn't save 2 BPs last turn. They captured 2 BPs in Marseilles, and US should not be able to use them. They had no CPs to ship them out of Marseilles to any US HC city where they could be used for production. That they could be used was a bug. They should either have remained in Marseilles, or destroyed by Allied forces.

Euro-Axis feels a bit depressed by their double nine, and switch over to Japan.

Japan begins in the New Zeeland Coast where CW has one FTR2 to add, and US has three aircraft available. Will any Allied units fly into the NZC?

CW has at least 2 sea areas coming up where they can add air; Red Sea, and Arabian Sea.

US has South Pacific.
