Maybe so. I remember hunting for unescorted naval bombers in sea areas, and finally finding it, just to roll zippedy do in the air combat and the target just returns to the sea area as nothing have happened. So my memory of those air combats are of frustration...

I think I roll them when I do turn end.

Axis can do the rolling also if that effects instructions.

I think I removed the CVP1 when I did the production, and added the SUB (1st) to replace it. Except that I forgot to actually remove the CVP1 in the instructions.

USSR saved 9th oil to Leningrad and one was lost. I noticed that so late I didn't want to do all turn end again. So I will edit USSR one oil after next turn end when they have saved oil somewhere else too.

Chinese have a plan that forces them to work together. As both Communists and Nationalists are about to lose their capitals, they do this together. But this will be the last time they work together...

They are planning to cut supply from Japanese northern army. That means a lot of Japanese units OOS there! I only wish I had something to ground strike with so that we could kill units too. At least we are able to buy time.
