With our house rule: USSR gets Manchuria. Notice this happens after production.
Practical implementation can be discussed. Ex Next turn USSR moves to capital and factory city, JP moves units out of Manchuria to nearest hex. After that USSR can only take Combined until war.

It is nothing in the South China Sea 3-box. Not sure if I went back and accidently looked at the China Sea when I did it.

I see that the CA in the 3-box in the China Sea isn't accounted for. It can stay at sea if you are still at that step. Or return to Tokyo if not.

Yes, USSR or Japan can DOW on each other. However, they now have a pact and are forbidden to do so during the first year (this year).

The main peace issues as I can see are:

- USSR needs to conquer Manchuria. Easiest seem to move USSR units into Changchun, and Mukden. Shouldn't really affect USSR transport plans since they only has 1 rail move, and 5 land moves, per impulse. If needed, then the land impulse can be used to add extra land, and rail moves to fix things in Manchuria.
- The 2nd resource in Manchuria should be captured, and the railway to it, for correct production during the next production.
- The Manchurian land units should have been removed during the conquest step, but they remain. They will be automatically removed once Manchuria gets conquered. Easiest seems to be to continue as if they were not on the map and make sure they do not affect things (like partisans and supply). Maybe railing them to a offside hex? Or just move them OOS and then again so that they are disorganized in a unimportant hex. Suggestions?
- The two Japanese units should have been moved to Korea. INF to 69,154, and MTN to hex 66,155. Debug move them? Or try to simulate it? The easiest way to get the MTN out would be to rail it but then it becomes disorganized. Is it safe, and easy, to debug organize the MTN?
-USSR should have been able to build the Manchurian TERR one turn earlier. Is this an issue needed to be considered?

I think that would be easiest for the transfer of Japanese units out of Manchuria.

Could you edit the INF to 69,154, and MTN to hex 66,155, and then mail a new save?

The two Manchurian units could be edit moved as well. Perhaps into an unimportant hex in Manchuria (Where they will be removed during conquest) (The hex must be Japanese controlled or I think we will create a bug)

No strategic bombing.

Germany ground strike two hexes. One 5 strength LND2 versus the Billotte stack (54,31). And one 5 strength LND2, one 2 strength LND2, escorted by one 5 strength FTR2 strike the Georges stack (55,30).

France can intercept with two FTR2, and one FTR3. The 5 strength FTR2 only reach the Georges stack.

Germany can counter-intercept the Georges stack with one FTR3. Germany reach the Billotte stack with two FTR2, and two FTR3.
