Axis can send German FTR3 or Italian FTR2. Do they fly?

Axis already have one FTR in box 0.

Both find.

Allies use all 2 points to increase AA to lowest of 6.

AA: 2 4 8 3 4 4

I think Axis place first A on BB Provence and anyway Allies place the second one to the other. So I move on.

There is something I don't get with CW production.

One recourse is coming from India to CW normally, no other recourse (CW or French, own or received or sent) are using other convoys points between India and UK, but they are in use. I need to think about this with fresh brains tomorrow.

I suspect that it is the traded resources going to China that mess up the Allied convoy lines. Send me the save you have and I will take a look at it.
