PBEM++ server communication error [-4] - need help

hello,
I would like to play SC3 on a second device, at my notebook. I installed the game via my steam account. After trying to start a PBEM game, I recieve the message PBEM++ server communication error with errorcode -4. Could you help me please?

This looks to be a general communication error with the server, or from your end to the server. Is it still not working? I just ask as often it could just be that the server was temporarily down etc.

Seeing same error after Staff had fixed an account issue (password mis-match) on my Matrix/Slitherine account(s). After fix could access PBEM, then successfully changed password for both Matrix/Slitherine account(s) and now see this error. Complete new install of game, no joy same error.

If it is a communication error, this could be a temporary server issue. If not, then your best bet is to contact support again so that they can help get you up and running again.
