you have a choice of full staff support via a support ticket of can carry on with me or the developer, your call?
for me, not only have you not got the full amount of dedicated GPU ram, you're laptop is on the slower side with hardly any main system ram, so not only will windows suffer, but the game as a whole will need as much free ram as possible,
so lets get onto that part first,
go into your startup and disable as much as possible to free up some resources
