How do you convert the Tosa/Kaga to a CV?

There should be an option for it in the lower right of the ships display. You probably need a large shipyard as well....GP

I am looking at scenario 55 and the Tosa.. I see the 3 upgrades but it upgrades to BB I do not see a CV conversion

Kaga does not convert. Amagi comes in as a full-fledged sister to Akagi.

Which scn is this 55?

We are now in Nov 43 in scn 50 and its a very hard slog for the allies - I believe Japan can attack in 43 if they have built the N2 George enough.
