Why is this game still not balanced? You'd think having hundreds of tanks attacking a single brigade make more of a dent than 1 afv lost on the enemy side.

Losses have always been a controversial issue.

On any case what are your losses?

The game is balanced, combat isn't. Most of the action happens in attrition. The only way to destroy the enemy is by encirclement or by adverse weather conditions.

I might propose I really don't care about what losses are in the battle reports. I realize that traditional war games have numbers of units or other things killed as a yardstick, but WITE is different.
I focus on disruption. On the attack, I focus on disruption at long ranges. That means airpower, which is accounted for before any ground combat and long ranged artillery. If you disrupt the enemy, those devices and squads to not participate including final CV calculations. You will then move your intended target in retreat. Retreat losses are not fully accounted for in the battle reports, but are accounted for in the overall statistics.
